New Sketchup plugin for ArcGIS 9.2
Google Sketchup has released a (beta) plugin for importing/exporting to/from ArcGIS. This is a promising tool for those interested in using GIS for 3D analysis involving architectural rendering, etc.
I (Steve W) will look into installing it on the machines in the lab after it is out of Beta.
You must have 3D analyst to import/export to/from ArcGIS.
See Workflow explanation here:

Links, ideas, etc.
Does anybody have any suggestions on links or other GIS related materials that are not found on the main SARL site?
